“The glory of God is a man fully alive.” These words by Irenaeus reveal what too often seems missing in the current Christian culture… we have lost a sense of WONDER, of AWE, that the Most High has made a way for mere humanity to know life—a fully alive kind of life.
If you long to know this wonder, or even to recapture it, perhaps my little corner of the internet jungle can give a little light, or maybe offer hope. I believe God has made us to know Him, and once having known Him, to live lives fully to be a part of changing the world. I am particularly passionate about the coming generation of young adults who offer hope for the future, if someone will challenge them.
My mission is to teach many leaders in the coming generation who will change the world. How is this done?
- By passionately pursuing Christ daily
- By teaching the most amazing students on earth at Southeastern College and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary
- By using artistry, as a writer, communicator, and musician to encourage others in their journey
- By striving to be a dad and husband who lives what he says, however imperfectly
- By challenging the status quo, not just to make noise or to make a name, but to exalt the Name above all Names in this generation
