I have long done typical SBC events such as revival meetings and the like. I have decided that in the coming years I will give my time as a speaker-preacher-teacher to a missional focus, helping churches move from an institutional to a movemental approach to their witness and to understand the culture better in our time, working with families in the church to learn how to be more missional, and in particular pouring my life into people under age 30. I especially love doing events with a pretty kicking group of young worship leaders, but am not very interested in filling my calendar with events that accept the status quo in the American Church. Just saying.
