Some Good Reads

Here are a few interesting articles online you may want to check out if you have not seen them already.
First, J.D. Greear wrote on “Jesus’s Condemnation of Religion.” You can read it at jdgreear.com or betweenthetimes.com, two of the most recommended (and widely read) blogs.

Also at betweenthetimes.com you can read the series of posts by Nathan Finn and me regarding Calvinism and the SBC. Given the recent Time magazine article noting The New Calvinist as the 3rd most influential idea in our day, I think what we wrote is more than a little relevant.

Finally, you can still vote for alvinreid.com in the blog version of March Madness at sbcvoices.com. While this is really just a fun little exercise, it has become obvious to me that the voices for sane, gospel-centered change in the SBC seem to be the ones that are overwhelmingly popular in the blog world. Just saying.
