I often get emails from pastors and other leaders seeking resources to help them shift the focus of their church from institutional to missional. I also hear from church planters who want to build the right DNA into their work early on. My friend Ed Stetzer just commented on a new resource he wrote for Lifeway. This morning I spoke via Facebook chat with missionaries from more than one country. One in particular noted the need to make this kind of shift.
